The zeffa (also spelled zaffa) is an authentic Middle Eastern showstopper that never goes out of style! This is a traditional Arabic wedding procession where the belly dancers lead the newlyweds and their bridal party through the room and to their table, playing the riq (tambourine), balancing a lighted shamadan (candelabra) to symbolically light the way, playing the sagat (finger cymbals), and complete with censor.
